Order processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package any time on our Track My Order page. If you haven't received a shipping email within a few business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship across the United States. If your address is outside our serviceable area, you will be notified at checkout.

Delays, customs & undeliverable orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
