We want you to love your Kervo EMS Foot Massager. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@trykervo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Return conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Please include all items received (device, remote, cable, and manual) where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, we ask that the device be clean when returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at contact@trykervo.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Return shipping
Unless your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
